Rumour has it that Nigerian Super star, Davido will be in the soon to be released sequel of the classic movie ‘Coming to America.’
According to popular Ghanaian/Liberian actor, Michael Blackson, the singer revealed that he has a performance scene in the sequel to 1988 American romantic comedy, Coming to America.
Blackson revealed this via his Twitter page on Saturday, September 21st 2019.
The tweet reads: “Davido told me he has a performance scene in the movie Coming to America 2. Congrats homie.”
Davido is yet to confirm or demy if he would be part of the movie. Coming to America remains of the biggest movies from Hollywood in the 1980s.
Coming to America 2 will serve as a sequel to Coming to America (1988). The film will be directed by Craig Brewer, from a screenplay by David Sheffield. The film will feature Eddie Murphy, Arsenio Hall, Jermaine Fowler, Leslie Jones, Shari Headley, John Amos, Tracy Morgan, Wesley Snipes, and James Earl Jones.
The film is scheduled to be released on December 18, 2020 in the United States.
