The Dominion Force Association of Nigeria, Anambra Central Chapter, has declared 100 per cent support for Senator Dr. Victor Umeh, OFR, in his bid to represent Anambra Central Senatorial District, following a large gathering of members and ward representatives in Nkpor, Anambra State.

The association made its position known during a meeting held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the People’s Club, Nkpor, where 230 participants, comprising 218 ward representatives and 12 members of the State Executive Council (EXCO), assembled to reaffirm their commitment to Umeh’s candidacy.

The meeting was convened by Hon. Stella Ugwu, popularly known as Lolo, who is the Convener of the Dominion Force Association of Nigeria.

The gathering brought together representatives from across Anambra Central Senatorial District, providing a platform for members to express their collective political position and demonstrate their support for the senator ahead of the forthcoming political contest.

Addressing the association’s commitment to Umeh’s candidacy, the chapter declared its resolve to give him 100 per cent support, describing the gathering as an expression of unity among its members and leadership.

The participation of 218 ward representatives underscored the association’s grassroots presence and the involvement of its ward-level structures in the political mobilisation process. The presence of the 12 State Executive Council members also highlighted the participation of the association’s leadership in the meeting.

The endorsement represents a show of political support for Umeh from the association’s Anambra Central chapter as political activities and alignments continue to take shape ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Umeh, who represents Anambra Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, has remained a prominent political figure in Anambra State. The association’s declaration adds to the political engagements surrounding the district as stakeholders and support groups position themselves ahead of the next electoral cycle.

However, the meeting’s communiqué, as provided by the association, did not outline specific campaign programmes, mobilisation targets or other activities planned to translate the declaration of support into electoral action.

The gathering ended with the association reiterating its commitment to its chosen political position under the slogan, “Dominion Force — Action People,” followed by its rallying call, “We Move!”
