The Dominion Force Association of Nigeria, Anambra Central Chapter, has declared 100 per cent support for Senator Dr. Victor Umeh, OFR, in his bid to retain his seat representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, following a large gathering of members and ward representatives in Nkpor, Anambra State.

The association announced its position during a meeting held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at People’s Club, Nkpor, where 230 participants, comprising 218 ward representatives and 12 State Executive Council (EXCO) members, assembled to reaffirm their commitment to Umeh’s candidacy.

Convened by Hon. Stella Ugwu, popularly known as Lolo, who founded the Dominion Force Association of Nigeria, the gathering brought together representatives from across Anambra Central Senatorial District to express their collective political position ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Addressing members, the chapter declared its resolve to give Umeh 100 per cent support, describing the endorsement as a demonstration of unity among its members and leadership.

Participation by 218 ward representatives highlighted the association’s grassroots presence and involvement of ward-level structures in political mobilisation. Attendance by 12 State EXCO members also underscored the leadership’s commitment to the endorsement.

The declaration represents a show of political backing for Umeh as political activities and alliances continue to take shape ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Umeh, who represents Anambra Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, remains a prominent political figure in Anambra State. Support from Dominion Force Association adds to ongoing political engagements in the district as stakeholders and support groups position themselves ahead of the next electoral cycle.

However, a communiqué provided by the association did not outline specific campaign programmes, mobilisation targets or other activities planned to translate its declaration into electoral action.
