Embattled party leader Julius Abure has doubled down on his fight for control, declaring that his faction will stop at nothing to overturn the current leadership tussle through the courts.
Speaking firmly, Abure said his camp is already mobilising legal firepower to challenge recent developments and push the matter to the highest judicial level.
“We have put our legal team together and we are going to file an appeal and move to the Supreme Court,” he stated.
The move signals a looming legal showdown that could further deepen divisions within the party, as both sides brace for a prolonged battle that may ultimately be decided by the apex court.
